Bliss is wonderful! Alison is an amazing baker and an artist at cakes. I got a replica of a guitar made (as a cake) from Metallica and she absolutely nailed it! It came out perfect and my boyfriend was shocked at the accuracy and detail she included. He thought it was a real mini guitar for a second! The taste was even better, as she made everything from scratch. We also tried smaller pastries and cookies that were also delicious. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for personalized cakes or just some yummy sweet treats!
I have had multiple cakes made by them and they are incredible. This is the most recent cake, my son loved it. It was strawberry shortcake, it had perfect layers as you can clearly see in the photo. It was made with fresh strawberries as well and it stayed perfectly intact and was moist not soggy at all. Their desserts are another story, they are filled with flavor, appealing to the eye and I even find myself not being able to stop eating them and I am not a dessert person. If you want fresh baked items and great personalities this is the place to go. They are friendly and treat you like family. My go to every time!
Bliss Bakehouse is absolutely incredible. I needed some throwback treats for a milestone birthday party and they absolutely delivered! We had beautiful, delicious, grown up versions of hostess cupcakes, oatmeal cream pies, cosmic brownies and twix! They even made an amazing pecan pie bar that was gluten free and vegan! Everyone at the party raved about how delicious all the treats were and couldn’t believe they were hand baked! Thanks so much to Ali and Bliss Bakehouse for the perfect touches and delicious treats! Highly recommend them for any baked good needs no matter how specific!
